The e-Suite business system was developed by Atos for Dimpact (the cooperative association of, for and run by municipalities). SmartDocuments is the document creation software used by Dimpact. Large volumes of data are now automatically processed, which means letters are sent much more quickly than when it was a manual process. All this is registered in the e-Suite of Atos.
