We are looking for an enthusiastic online marketing intern, who desires to help SmartDocuments grow in the Netherlands, USA, Germany and/or Sweden. We are only looking for a native Dutch intern.

SmartDocuments is a smart and flexible software solution for template management, document creation, document automation and managing brand identity. Our software standardises and automates the entire document process for organisations.
 
SmartDocuments is a dynamic software developer with a mission: to become the best when it comes to document creation and template management. SmartDocuments has hundreds of thousands of users and is used by document-intensive organisations, such as medium to large-sized companies, housing associations and the government. SmartDocuments is active in multiple countries in Europe. As an intern you are closely involved in the international expansion of the company.

You get a lot of freedom and personal responsibility for the following tasks:

  • Content marketing – Write Blog / social media articles (editorial calendar)
  • Write newsletters and grow the list of subscribers
  • Analyse visitors / website (weekly / monthly reports)
  • Make recommendations based on analyses and implement them
  • Maintain / update social media profiles 
  • SEO
  • SEA 
  • Update website and recommend improvements
  • Build online presence 
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Events
