How does it work?
In short: it’s simple. You create a document for which a scanned signature is not sufficient. SmartDocuments’ software provides this document with a referral to Ondertekenen.nl. Here, the person who needs to sign the document can identify themselves using iDIN, DigiD, or a qualified certificate. Everything in order? Then the signature can be added. The signing process is recorded in a so-called transaction receipt, as proof of signing.
